Yes we do! However, our website currently only ships to riders around Malaysia, if you are interested for us to ship it overseas, just let us know and we will arrange from our end.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
We will normally process the orders within 48 hours during non-peak season.
Kindly note that all the orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday, weekend and Malaysia Public Holiday will not be included.
Orders will usually arrive in:
West Malaysia: 2-4 business days after fulfilment
East Malaysia: 7-14 business days after fulfilment
*However, please do take note that this is just an estimated timeline as sometimes there could be a delay from the courier service and MCO.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. However, we prefer to send via Pgeon Prime & Pos Laju.
You’ll be given a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email.
All orders are processed in Malaysia ringgit (MYR). A currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.
We accept payment from major credit cards, debit cards via iPay 88 or PayPal, we also accept ShopeePay, TNG, GrabPay, Boost, MAE through iPay88.
Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your cart. You should receive an email confirmation containing your order number and receipt immediately.
The bicycles that are "Out of Stock" are actually available, but only in specific KSH Branches, there's likely only 1 available for all models, if you are interested, just let us know and we will ask our sales team to reach out to you.
