Refund policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, a refund is not allowed. The estimated refund duration takes from (1-14 days) to process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

Do take note that we are unable to return you in the monetary form once items have been shipped out, and are only eligible to get back store (online) credits.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Sadly, we aren't required to offer an exchange or return if you change your mind, or if products are unsatisfactory to you, such as colours, size of products.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kshcycles.com.my for more details, we will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store (online) credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded with store (online) credits to spend online on our website.

  • Accessories
  • Bicycles can only be eligible for a return, if it's faulty upon arrival (please check bicycle upon arriving) and if our retail shops are unable to fix it


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and bicycles (unless damaged by us during the shipping process), but we will ensure that does not happen as we will use the best protection to make sure the bicycle reaches in great condition. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

There will be a 2 years warranty on the bike frame from the date of purchase. However, damages on the bike frame will only be replaced if it is damaged naturally (Not inclusive of scratches or accidents).
